Kiwi Pride Australian Labradoodles was first established in 2002, since then we have worked very hard to develop a breeding program based on integrity and breeding excellence. The true Australian Labradoodle is not simply a Poodle x Labrador, it is a purpose bred dog that we and other dedicated breeders have developed over many generations to create a genetically sound and wonderfully natured dog that can be used for service and therapy work, as well as been very fun loving loyal family pets.
The Australian Labradoodle has taken the world by storm and has become very popular worldwide because of its non- shedding coat and allergy friendly attributes, along with its wonderful intelligent easily trained family friendly nature, varying coat colors and different sizes.
It is so very important that breeders like ourselves take care in what we do to protect the breed from been bred into a corner and to keep the attributes and health sound and true to its breed standard as was set by the founders in the late 80's. We have carefully developed new kiwi pride lines to add to the gene pool to keep the genetics strong and to help keep the gene pool diverse.
Kiwi Pride Australian Labradoodles is based on a very beautiful family run farm were our dogs get to enjoy a outdoor lifestyle and the clean green fresh air that New Zealand has to offer.
We strongly adhere to the health testing of all our dogs in our breeding program and are veterinary recommended because of our commitment to only breed healthy dogs.
We believe it is a privilege to breed not a right so we only breed to waiting lists and will not breed females should the demand not warrant it..

We start our news this month bowing our heads to the famous Boston and Dublin from sunny Nelson in the South Island.
Its fantastic the huge doodle community that exists out there now after many years of establishing ourselves in New Zealand breeding and developing these wonderful dogs!
It seems that our summer litters have been in hot demand with only just a small ammount to home now from each of the litters.. If you are interested please get hold of us quickly so you dont miss out as our next litters are not due for homing until June 2012...
We have some very exciting new lines and doodles maturing this year and it is like christmas time for us when each of these girls and boys matures and is health tested ready for bringing Kiwi Pride babies into the world as we are really starting to produce consistancy with coats and tempermants and it is wonderful!

LOVING family DOGS
"Boston & Dublin"
Hi Jody,
I’m sure you’ll remember these guys even if they have many bros and sisters from the KiwiPride family all around the world by now. Well they will be 5 this year and the past 5 years have been the best! They may be from the same litter but wow have they got their own unique personalities, Boston is as soppy and soft as they come and Dublin just wants to play, all day that is 24/7!!! Originally we lived in Napier when they came home and then we moved up to Northland where we ran a store for a while, more folk came in to see them than actually buy anything! We are now in sunny Nelson and having a ball, the boys recently became a tourist attraction at a jazz fest and a group of Japanese tourists stopped to take photos of them and pose with them! I do a bit of Pet Sitting here and take them along to meet the dogs, they are fantastic at helping socialise puppies and make my job really easy.
Well just wanted to say thanks for 5 years of pure joy with these boys.
